Driven by her early love and passion for haute couture, Desislava Tosheva embarked on her journey in the fashion world by founding Caviar Couture at the remarkable age of 18. Her inspiration stemmed from the pursuit of finding the perfect graduation dress, a quest that led her to realize there was a gap in the market. Self-taught in the intricacies of cuts, designs, patterns, and fabrics, she swiftly immersed herself in practical experience, launching her business venture with immediate success. Concurrently, she seamlessly merged her fervor for fashion with astute business acumen while pursuing her master's degree at the prestigious University of St Andrews.

Desislava Tosheva was honored with the prestigious "Golden Martenitsa" honorary award, presented by the Vice-President of Bulgaria, Iliana Yotova, and received congratulations from President Rumen Radev, during a ceremony attended by prominent figures from Bulgaria's political and business elite. Under her esteemed leadership, Caviar Couture was recognized with the prize for "a small enterprise with unique production that has established itself on the international market." The "Golden Martenitsa" honorary award acknowledges exceptional contributions to the business sector, highlighting Desislava's remarkable successes and merits.

Desislava's remarkable business accomplishments and significant growth at a young age have earned her recognition in the esteemed Forbes 30 Under 30 list, specifically in the "Business Owners" category. Desislava achieved a significant milestone as the youngest speaker at the Forbes Women Forum in November 2023, where she shared insights into her brand's journey. Forbes showcased her achievements through a four-page interview, featuring Caviar Couture prominently on the magazine cover.
